Last week Eric flew to Denver for the day as part of his training for his new job. The gal he was working with had only moved to Denver one month ago, so she wasn't too familiar with the area. When it came time for lunch, the two of them wanted to find a place that could give Eric a true "Denver Experience." Eric thought a place that had great beef would be the perfect option.
So they found a diner called "Hamburger Mary's." They walked in and sat down. Eric started noticing the many old Hollywood movie star posters on the walls. He thought it was strange that there was what looked like another curtained entrance and a stage. Then as they were ordering, they noticed the drink menu posted at his table had pictures of drag queens to illustrate, and an advertisement for their weekly Drag Queen Bingo Night.
On the wall was a quote which read, "Eat, drink, and BE MARY."
I didn't ask what their server looked like. I was afraid to know.
